Quotes, invoices, follow-up
The office work that repeats, using the accounts you already have. Not a new package to learn.

We pick one job that keeps eating your week. Quotes, invoices, chasing people. The computer does the boring repeats. You still check money and customers. Short guide, you try it on a real job, then I go. Accounts stay in your name. If you never write to me again, it still runs. I won’t make you need me.
I only add AI if it is cheaper or more reliable than a plain rule or a button you already pay for. Most of the job is the rule, the template, and the handoff.
A written plan first. A few thousand dollars. You only pay the job price if you want it built, and that price is set before I start. Not by the hour. Not the whole business on a computer. I use the accounts you already have. I’m not selling you a new accounts package.

Prices and job rules, written down. You still have the last word.
Keeping it online and a check-in, with a limit on hours. New job, new price. If you don’t sign, I’m gone. It still runs.
If you can’t run it, the job isn’t finished. I stay in the original price until you can. One short page: what you click, what good looks like, what to do when it goes wrong. Extra work after that is a new price.
You can name the hours or dollars it costs. We work by writing, from Australia. I don’t turn up on site.
A partner. A share of the business. No budget. “Put everything on a computer.” A phone call as the first step. Unpaid IT on call. ChatGPT lessons. A robot on the phone and nothing else. Rebuild the whole company.
