About Aron
I’m Aron Amos (Iron Adamant), based in Australia and working remotely. For owners I set up one repeating office job in the accounts they already have. They run it. I leave. I also build custom software when someone needs something shipped.
A lot of that work has sat next to non-technical stakeholders. Years of that taught me how to take complicated detail and simplify it until people can actually use it to decide. Multi-party commercial and ops messes sit behind the software work, so I plan in layers and chase bottlenecks instead of polishing slides.
